Holiday Terms and Conditions
Our holiday boarding cancelation policy is at least 72 hours prior to the original reserved drop off date. If you need to cancel or shorten the original reserved dates, please call or email us at least 72 hours prior to midnight of the original reserved drop off date.
 
Reservations not canceled or amended within 72 hours will be charged the full original reserved period. A credit card will be required in order to confirm your reservation for holiday boarding.
 
To avoid any misunderstanding, please call us, and follow up with an email with your cancelations so we have a written record of your cancelations.
