To ensure availability and fairness for all our guests, we have a 72-hour cancellation policy for holiday boarding reservations.
Cancellations & Reservation Changes

If you need to cancel or shorten your reservation, you must notify us at least 72 hours before midnight on your original drop-off date.

Reservations not canceled or amended within 72 hours will be charged for the full originally reserved period.

A credit card is required to confirm all holiday boarding reservations.

To avoid misunderstandings, please call us and follow up with an email so we have a written record of your cancellation.
