Holiday Boarding Terms and Conditions

To ensure availability and fairness for all our guests, we have a 72-hour cancellation policy for holiday boarding reservations.

Cancellations & Reservation Changes

  • If you need to cancel or shorten your reservation, you must notify us at least 72 hours before midnight on your original drop-off date.

  • Reservations not canceled or amended within 72 hours will be charged for the full originally reserved period.

  • A credit card is required to confirm all holiday boarding reservations.

  • To avoid misunderstandings, please call us and follow up with an email so we have a written record of your cancellation.

Holiday Dates

Holiday boarding policies apply to the following dates:

  • New Year's Day (January 1)

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Third Monday in January)

  • Spring Break (HISD Calendar) – Dates vary, please check with us.

  • Good Friday (Friday before Easter)

  • Easter Sunday

  • Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)

  • Independence Day (July 4)

  • Labor Day (First Monday in September)

  • Thanksgiving Day & Black Friday (Fourth Thursday & Friday in November)

  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day (December 24-25)

  • New Year's Eve (December 31)

We are typically closed on holidays, but hours may vary. Please call ahead to confirm our availability for drop-offs, pick-ups, and other services.
